DOG SHOW HANDLER:
CHRISTOPHER JOHNSON-BROWN
On Jan 18th, 2006 I decide to send my dogs to Christopher Johnson-Brown to be shown in AKC events.
I am going to try to keep this short and simple, pictures are worth 1000 words:
Flash was shipped to Christopher Johnson Brown on Jan 28, 2006.
Here is a picture of Flash taken on Feb 05, 2006, take special note of his overall body condition, his ribs, and the fact that he is well muscled with a perfect topline. Flash had been with Christopher Johnson-Brown only 8 days when this picture was taken:
Here is a picture of Flash taken 03-24-06, he has been with Christopher Johnson-Brown about 8 weeks in this picture:
Here is a picture of Flash taken 04-16-06 and I don't think I need to tell you what to look for. Flash was with Christopher Johnson Brown for 11 weeks when this picture was taken:
Christopher Johnson-Brown was paid $220.00 per show day to handle my dogs for me and this is the care he took of them.
What did they go through while in his care?
You take a look and judge for yourself!
Christopher Johnson-Brown had represented himself to me in e-mails and by phone calls as a professional handler, he also told me and e-mailed to me that he was/is inspected by AKC. I trusted that what Christopher Johnson-Brown had told me was true and when I later contacted AKC (fall of 2006) AKC informed me that Christopher Johnson-Brown is not/was not a licensed handler and he has/had never been inspected, at least not by AKC and not prior to 2006.
To top things off I found out that some of the shows that I paid entry fees for and paid Christopher Johnson-Brown handling fees for, he never even attended, link here to see one example: http://www.infodog.com/RESULTS/2006169801/2006169801210.HTM
The "A" in front of my dogs names means that they were Absent from the show.
According to my bills and the e-mails I have from Christopher Johnson-Brown he was at this show and showing my dogs!
Christopher Johnson-Brown did "not" send me the above pictures. I was contacted in March 2007 (one year later) by 4 different photo studios who informed me that they had sent pictures of my dogs to:
Christopher Johnson-Brown
15 Prospect Heights Lane
Erving, MA 01344
the photographers had not been paid for the photos. My additional photo bills added up to be nearly $500.00 and I did not even know the photos existed. I sent a few e-mails and mailed a quick letter to Christopher Johnson-Brown asking for my pictures. I received no response so I went ahead and paid the studios for the pictures and I also ordered duplicate pictures. No wonder Christopher Johnson-Brown did not send me these pictures!

To hear another breeders “ordeal” with this “handler” go to http://www.goldkresskennels.com/Dogs/Pugs/adult.htm and read some of what happened to her dogs while in this “handlers” care.
An AKC champion Pug died while in the possession of Christopher Johnson-Brown, from what or why, we will most likely never know. I feel very fortunate that my dogs made it home alive.
